Emily joined the firm after clerking for the Hon. Wayne J. Forrest in New Jersey Superior Court, Essex Vicinage. She graduated from Rutgers Law School, Newark, in 2019, where she served as Publication Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review, and published an article about the future of tech platform liability in relation to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996. Emily also tailored solutions to the needs of entrepreneurs as part of the Intellectual Property Law Clinic.
Prior to attending law school, Emily taught courses in composition and rhetoric as an adjunct professor at Montclair State University, where she earned her MA in English. She obtained her BA in Literature at American University. Emily is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as the District of New Jersey.
